A simple, elegant and unique prefabricated ‘kit’ system that can be installed within an existing large and unused glass atrium. These aluminium and GRP ‘dice’ units, stacked together like bricks around a simple steel frame, are floated above ground floor level and punctured only by lift and stair cores. The ground floor area is kept entirely clear for reception, seating and break-out areas. The solution provides over 300m² of useable floor space and, more importantly, creates a striking new identity for this building from both outside and within.
